1980s Vintage VTG Chanel Classic Yellow Tweed Skirt Suit Blazer

Description

A classic Chanel skirt suit that epitomizes what we all love about the design house! The suit is crafted in yellow tweed with a standing collar, shoulder pads, and cuffed sleeves. It has two diagonal faux flap pockets at the chest and two functional flap pockets at the hips. The jacket has beautiful decorative gold metal buttons featuring a basket weave and braiding motif at the front and at the cuffs. The interior if fully lined in a coordinating yellow silk and features an interior hem chain along the bottom. Accents of black at the collar, pockets, and sleeves provide a striking contrast to the jacket. The fully lined skirt has a straight fit and hits just above the knee. It features a banded waist, a hidden back zipper, and a double hook and eye closure. A timeless piece for any wardrobe!

Good Vintage Condition. Pre-loved, some fading throughout, light marks at the front of the skirt and jacket near the top button Signs of wear at the button holes and on the black accent of the top left faux pocket. It appears that the jacket was taken in as there is extra chain at the bottom interior lining. Significant wear to the armpit lining, not visible when worn. Condition taken into account when priced.
