Shirt Jacket with Drop shoulders and 3/4 length sleeves
High Waist Pants with Front Pleats, Trouser Pockets and elastic back
Wide leg pants that taper to the ankle
The size is a medium/large, but Please go by measurements taken laid flat seam to seam

Great Vintage Condition. I hand washed this, but there are a couple of faint spots still in the one leg, see photo
