    Description

    This genuine antique set was acquired from the Coles County Historical Society of Illinois.  The skirt has a tag "Montgomery Ward Co." and feels like rayon or rayon blend. It has side buttons and loops to accent the hidden pockets.  The blouse is silk with lace and pintuck accents, but in fragile condition with some tears, holes and it has no buttons. Estimated to be circa 1880s-1910s, these items are recommended for careful use/restoration.  There is a slight moth ball scent.
