    This is a Chico's vintage women's blazer jacket, 100% silk, made in India.  It is a woven plaid in black, green, aqua and purple.  It is a size 2, loose fitting and larger than a 2 with the chest measuring 20 inches across, 19" across shoulders and 28" from shoulder to hem.  it is a classic style with lapels, 4 flat natural pearl buttons down the front and pockets in the front at the bottom on other side.  The back is plain.  The jacket is in good pre-owned condition with a small 1" tear along the seam on the bottom of the right side that can be repaired, weaving has pulled from the seam.  Dry clean only.
