This is a customized worksheet specifically designed for Civil Air Patrol mission sorties. It is sized to fit perfectly on your kneeboard. There are spaces for every aspect of the mission that will need to be recorded: from pre-flight information needed to complete a flight plan, in-flight information for time logs and communication, and post-flight information needed to complete documentation and debriefings. It is perfect for use by pilot, observer, scanner or airborne photographer and was designed by members with many decades of experience flying missions.
