Fancy German Helmet w/ Eagle on stand

Description

I’m not sure what this is, so I took a lot of pictures.
It is quite detailed and doesn’t appear to be a cheaply made Chinese import.
It is solid with a little weight to it.
The overall height of the whole display stands at a little over 6 inches.
