    Description

    This genuine antique set was acquired from the Coles County Historical Society of Illinois.  These items are handmade in a purple/ivory checked woven textured fabric.  I think it is a cotton/wool blend, but am not certain.  Estimated to be circa 1880s, the bodice is lined and the set is recommended for careful use/restoration.  Fresh from decades of dusty storage, there is a slight moth ball scent so please clean professionally before use.
