Skirt has 2" waistband (top 1" is elastic)
80% Acrylic / 20% Polyester
Unlined
Size 14 - (check measurements below)
The Size is a 70s Size so might be closer to a Modern Size Small to Medium
There is lots of stretch to this material
This suit is in Exceptional Used Vintage Condition!

Measurements taken while garment is lying flat:
Top:
side to side underarm = 16"
back of neck to front bottom hem = 21"
shoulder seam to shoulder seam = 16"
shoulder seam to arm cuff = 11"
side to side at elastic waist band = 11" - (can stretch to 16")
Skirt
side to side at waist =  13"- (stretch to 16")
length from waist to hem = 27"
widest at hips = 21"
