Unusual Trench Art Lamp working

Description

This is really neat but needs cleaning and looks like someone painted it and has tarnish, the original cord has some fraying as pictured. The 3 switches work and  we plugged her in and she works fine some cleaning or painting or whatever you want to do it will be a beauty, base is chrome it appears. This is 20" tall by 11" across the top and base is 8" across.
