Vintage 1930s / 1940s outfit consisting of a white button down blouse and a black skirt.

Both pieces are made from a rayon.
FAIR CONDITION WITH FLAWS.
Blouse has ties at the neck; the ends have slightly frayed. It has several repairs and loose seams. The fabric at the sleeves is pulling apart / wearing thin. Some pulls at the seams on the skirt as well. The skirt has a few white smudges and pulls in the material. Wearable shape, but it could rip if too much stress is put on the seams.
