Vintage 1940s Nan Buntly Skirt Jacket Set Linen Gray Tweed Sz 2/4 Classic

Up for your consideration it is a 1940s secretarial style two piece skirt suit. This is made by Nan Buntly, it is a gray Tweed, I believe the material is linen. There is a defect noted on the jacket left sleeve. There are three moth bite holes, there is some wear to the left pocket seam, and the right sleeve and shoulder has a few loose stitches. There is ample material on the inside of the jacket to complete a repair of the off damage. Even if you don’t wear the jacket the skirt and the under slip makes it worthwhile.The skirt is a line and in near perfect condition. The lining is absolutely darling. It feels like taffeta and is a red and white striped ruffle full body skirt. The skirt has a perfect working zipper and a beautiful Lucite button.
Jacket shoulders measures 16 inches, the bust measures 34 inches, the waist measures 28 inches, the skirt waist measures 23 inches, the hips measure 40+ inches, and the skirt is 30.5 inches long.
