    VINTAGE Carol Anderson Circle Skirt & Vest Set.
    Purchased at Harpers Culver City in the early 80s, made by popular designer Carol Anderson, here is a black floral combination full circle skirt and matching vest, made of fine rayon in soft colors of gray, pink, aqua and white with black pinstripes. Unlined in beautiful condition. Dry clean. Skirt measures approx 26” and up elastic waist, 27” long, vest is open at the front and 19” down the center back.
