vintage Japanese iron bottle vase

Description

Japanese bottle vase made of cast iron. Nice banding. Signs of use including some discoloration in spots.
The vase is 9.5 inches tall and 3 inches at the base. It weighs 1 pound, 8 ounce, noticeably more heft than a ceramic or glass vase of the same proportions.
I try to describe my items accurately and include any material flaws in the description and photos. Measurements are approximate.  If the item does not match the description, I will pay return shipping and refund the purchase price. I am an individual seller and not a dealer. Please contact me first for a resolution of any problem rather than   merely leaving unfavorable feedback.
I use the USPS exclusively for shipping. Most of my packing boxes and packing materials are recycled. I pack carefully and no item I have ever sold was delivered in damaged condition.
All of my items are antique or vintage and show some signs of prior use. Anything significant is observable in the photos 68-or described or both. Not every surface imperfection, bump or minor scratch is noted or can been seen in photographs, however. If you have any questions, please ask before you buy.
