VTG Joseph Magnin 50s 60s 2 PC Black Wool Skirt Suit Crop Jacket 1960s Outfit S

Description

Great Joseph Magnin vintage black wool suit set from the 1950's/1960's. Features a cute cropped jacket (with nice design where back is a couple inches longer) and a classic pencil skirt with pleated slit in the back.
This one was a little challenging to photograph but it's in great vintage condition. Good shade of black and no holes or stains. Comes from a scent-free, smoke-free home. Just a few minor notes to mention:
Skirt closure is a side zipper with button on top at the waist. The threads on the button hole have partially pulled slightly away from the wool fabric at the very top of the loop, but the button hole threads are strong and complete so functions fine
.
Top of the slit above the pleated hem looks an extra inch or so higher than originally stitched (feels secure & decided to leave in case the extra slit room was preferable).
Some very minor lint as seen in the photos. Skit has very subtle balling towards top where jacket overlaps.
