WWI Patriotic Pillow Cover With Flags of The Allied Nations
War time
souvenir item 1917 dated. Patriotic pillow cover featuring a eagle with U.S. flags in center surrounded by flags of America's allies during The Great War. Sadly it appears rather faded with time, no doubt was once a beautiful piece. Has an area of fabric splitting in the center, otherwise still sound. Reverse is open on one end for insertion of small pillow.
Measures about 18" x 18". Even with the fading it remains a interesting item worth preservation.
