Lovely pair of vintage Japanese hand painted Art Deco bud vases that are done in bright yellow with applied bisque and moriage cherry blossom trees in turquoise blue and pastel pink - a unique color combination!
Details:
Delicate thin lightweight porcelain body with raised / embossed hand applied bisque & enamel moriage decorations.
Yellow background; turquoise blue bisque trees with white moriage swirl overlay; pastel pink cherry blossoms with white moriage outlines and orange moriage dot centers; scattered orange moriage dots in the background; blue bisque and white enamel moriage birds; black trim.
Condition: Good Used Condition
Overall very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or lines; most of the Moriage is intact - has a few areas of losses but not significant; some minor wear to the black on the rim; great condition for this type of very fragile vintage porcelain.
